Patrick Maguire,
General Counsel, THCEA

Mr. Maguire has 30 years of experience as an attorney in the fields of eminent domain, land use and zoning, real estate and contracts.  He has served as a litigator, mediator, assistant county attorney and special counsel to a Florida municipality.  His practice has involved numerous transportation issues and projects throughout Florida.

As a fifth generation Floridian he is familiar with the challenges and changes we all face. His children include three Auburn Tigers, a USF Bull and the Baby is a 'Gator. As the grandfather of seventh generation Floridians he has a vested interest in working with THCEA to improve our community and region.
