Toll-By-Plate is an image based electronic toll collection system that uses photographic images of the vehicles license plate to identify the vehicle on the Selmon Expressway. Toll-By-Plate customers pay 25 cents more at each tolling location and each invoice has an administrative fee. Invoices are sent to the address on the registration of the vehicle.
