Submit a Public Comment

How to submit a public record request?

Any person can make a public record request. The requests may be submitted:

  • In-person (1104 East Twiggs St, Suite 300, Tampa, FL 33602, Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm)
  • Via email [email protected]
  • Via mail (1104 East Twiggs St, Suite 300, Tampa, FL 33602)

All public record requests received will be acknowledged promptly. THEA may respond with questions if more information or clarification is needed to enable our team to sufficiently address the requested information.  In addition, there may be fees associated with retrieving and processing a public records request.  If needed, THEA will respond with an estimate for approval before beginning the request.
