Director of Tolling Technology and Customer Experience
The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA) is recruiting for a Director of Tolling Technology and Customer Experience. The Director of Tolling Technology and Customer Experience reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for the overall management of THEA’s toll system including the all-electronic tolling in lane system, file transfer process of transactions to the back office, and account management including the issuance of uniform traffic citations.
The Director of Tolling Technology and Customer Experience is a leading voice for the product and customer experience for THEA system users, including assistance in solving issues with accounts, monitoring the system for any issues that may degrade the user experience on the expressway, and interacting with THEA.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is expected to be $135,000 to $175,000. Final salary will be commensurate with experience, education, and minimum qualifications.
