Traffic and Construction Updates

Meridian Sidewalk closure 9/30 from 8am - 5pm
#TRAFFICALERT: The sidewalk along southbound Meridian Ave. will be closed between Cumberland Ave. and E. Whiting St. to allow for maintenance activities. The sidewalk will be closed until 5 PM. Pedestrians will be detoured to the Northbound side of the roadway.
Plan accordingly.
Single Lane Closure EB 10/1-10/2 near Exit #11 for 50th St. from 10am - 3pm

#TRAFFICALERT: There will be a single lane closure in the east bound direction near Exit #11 for 50th St. from 10 am - 3 pm Wed. Oct. 1st. & Thursday Oct. 2nd.

Plan accordingly.

Single EB Lane Closure Near Exit #9 for 22nd St 9/29-10/1 from 10am - 3pm

#TRAFFICALERT: There will be a single lane closure in the east bound direction near Exit #9 for 22nd St.  from 10 am - 3 pm each day Monday Sept. 26th - Wed. Oct. 1st.

9/25/2025 overnight single lane closure EB at 78th St.

#TRAFFICALERT: We will be closing a single lane east bound at the 78th St. overpass for bridge maintenance from 9 PM – 5 AM. The 78th St  east bound Exit #12 Ramp will remain open at all times.

Plan accordingly and drive with caution.

Overnight Closures from 8PM-5AM on 9/18

#TRAFFICALERT: There will be closures on the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway from 8 PM to 5 AM, tonight 9/18 for utility relocations. Traffic will be detoured to the Westbound Willow Ave on-ramp.

🚧 Westbound Morgan St on-ramp
🚧 Westbound inside lane of the Hillsborough River Bridge
