Transportation for the Connected Vehicle (CV) pilot program.

To make the announcement, Florida Senator Bill Nelson and U.S. Transportation Under-Secretary, Peter Rogoff, joined Tampa Bay area transportation leaders, including Joe Waggoner, Executive Director of THEA, at our headquarters in the Channel District.

According to Rogoff, “It really holds the potential to reduce fatalities by as much as 80 percent.”
